Elkanah was founded in June 2020 in Toronto, Canada, with one mission: to replace short-lived plastic with safe, durable silicone you can trust in your kitchen, your home, and your everyday life.
When we started researching reusable storage products, we noticed a problem:
Most silicone products marketed as “food-grade” were not made with pure materials. They contained fillers, cheaper silicone blends, or unknown additives that can affect heat resistance and long-term use. Some even became sticky, cloudy, or absorbed odors after only a few uses.
We believed customers deserved better — something truly safe and built to last.
So we chose a higher path:
